How pricing is worked out

Every quote is built from the same three inputs: service scope, property size, and travel. You get the full price before booking, with no hidden line items added later.

Size uplifts

  • Up to 200m²: base rate
  • 200–300m²: +£100
  • 300–400m²: +£200
  • Each extra 100m²: +£100

Travel and location

Travel is priced by distance and access complexity. If a site has unusual access constraints, we call that out in the quote so there are no surprises on survey day.

ASHP Survey + Heat Loss: £350

Includes survey pack, EPC (next morning), and heat loss calculation (next day). It saves £50 versus booking survey and heat loss separately.
