What’s in a Survey Pack

A clear structure installers can hand off to design, install, and sign‑off.

Exact contents depend on the scope agreed for the job — but the structure stays consistent.

Built to reduce callbacks

We group evidence by category and put constraints up front so answers are fast to find.

Installer note

Reduce follow-ups by asking for EPC evidence early

  • Ask the homeowner if they have an EPC, insulation proof, or window specs
  • If they do, have them bring it on the day so you can photograph it during the site visit
  • It helps justify decisions and speeds sign-off conversations

Share: Survey day checklist.

Homeowner note

If you have EPC evidence documents, it helps

  • Latest EPC certificate/report
  • Insulation proof (loft/cavity/internal/external)
  • Window/door certificates or specs (e.g. FENSA/CERTASS)
  • Heating/hot water model details
  • Solar/battery certificates (e.g. MCS), if applicable

Please have them ready on the day so we can photograph them. Full list: Survey day checklist.
